Personal data

Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data this site collects, what we use it for and how you can control it. It is written to comply with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Angélica Cabrera, in Bogotá, Colombia.

You can reach her on WhatsApp at +57 310 215 9930 about anything to do with your data.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms: your name, your email, your WhatsApp number and whatever message you choose to leave. For downloads we also record which material you asked for.

We never ask for sensitive data: no health information, medical history, beliefs or orientation.

What we use it for

To send you the material you asked for, to answer your question about a workshop and, if you agreed to it, to write you the Alma en calma letter.

We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who else processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel and form submissions are recorded in a Google spreadsheet. Both companies are in the United States, so submitting a form sends your data outside Colombia.

They act as processors: they handle the data on our instructions and cannot use it for anything else.

Cookies and measurement

This site currently installs no advertising or analytics cookies. The server keeps technical access logs, as any web host does.

If we ever turn on audience measurement, we will tell you first and you will be able to say no.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while the relationship makes sense: a subscription, until you unsubscribe; a workshop enquiry, up to a year after we answer it.

When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your rights

You can access, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the consent you gave; know how we use it; withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it.

To exercise any of these, write on WhatsApp to +57 310 215 9930. Enquiries are answered within ten business days and complaints within fifteen, as the law requires.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can take it to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Minors

This site and the workshops are for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Substantive changes are announced to subscribers.
