Heal and Glow

An afternoon with horses to come back to your body and truly learn to regulate.

Date
Saturday, November 21, 2026
Place
On the outskirts of Bogotá, Colombia
Group
15 people

What this really is

  1. 01

A full afternoon of work with horses, in a small group, with one-to-one guidance.

  2. 02

You don't need to know how to ride: everything happens on the ground, beside the horse.

  3. 03

It's somatic practice taken into the field. The body learns what the mind already understood.

Who it's for and who it isn't

Intimate, because that's how it works.

It's for you if

  • You already understand your story, but your body is still on alert.
  • You want concrete regulation tools, not just inspiration.
  • You care about the why: nervous system, co-regulation, connection.
  • You can give yourself a full afternoon, without your phone in your hand.

It isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a quick fix. There are no shortcuts through pain.
  • You expect it to replace therapy or mental health care.
  • You want a horseback ride or an experience for the photo.
  • You're hoping someone else will do the work for you.

Is this for you?

Why horses

A mirror that doesn't lie and doesn't judge.

It doesn't respond to what you say. It responds to your nervous system.

Horses are prey animals. Their survival depends on reading, precisely, the inner state of whatever stands in front of them. They don't respond to what you say or to how you seem.

Approach them on alert, and they move away. Let your breath drop and your body settle, and they come closer.

It isn't a metaphor. It's co-regulation — the same mechanism that calms a baby in the arms of a calm adult.

That's how the horse becomes a mirror. It shows you your real state, and asks you to truly regulate in order to come close.

Heal and Glow isn't a change of subject. It's the in-person application of what Angélica already teaches about the vagus nerve and somatic practice.

Questions

What almost everyone asks.

I don't know how to ride. Can I join?

Yes. There's no riding: all the work happens on the ground, beside the horse. No previous experience needed.

I'm afraid of horses.

That makes sense, and it's welcome. The approach is gradual, always guided, and nobody does anything they don't want to. Often that fear is exactly where the work begins.

Do I need experience with therapy or meditation?

No. Just a willingness to be present and feel whatever shows up.

Does this replace therapy?

No. It's an experience of regulation and self-knowledge that can complement a process, never replace it.

Why only 15 people?

Because that's how it works. Work with horses rests on the one-to-one bond between person and horse. With more people, real contact shrinks to minutes.

What language is the day held in?

Spanish. If you don't speak it, write to us before booking and we'll talk it through honestly.

What if it rains?

[To confirm: rain plan with the venue.]
